Fixed Price Delivery
Standard mainland UK delivery charges on Business Gifts Supplier are per order, regardless of quantity ordered. The price for shipping an order of ten items within England, Scotland and Wales is the same as shipping an order for 500 items.

We fulfil most orders within five working days. However, as we deal with bulk orders and orders that require custom engraving it is difficult to provide a guaranteed dispatch time for all orders. If your order requires delivery by a fixed date, please contact Business Gifts Supplier with details prior to placing your order. Expedited processing and express delivery may be arranged on an individual basis.

Price On Application (POA)
Due to recent (summer 2011) substantial price increases from shipping companies we are now providing custom quotes for shipping to all non-UK destinations. This means that you, the customer, will pay the exact cost of shipping your order rather than an average or estimated aggregate price.
How To Receive Your POA / Custom Shipping Quote
To receive a custom shipping price for your proposed order, simply proceed as normal to the final stage of checkout. That is, add your chosen products to your cart along with any engraving configuration. Proceed through checkout, providing your shipping and contact details. Ignore the shipping price in the cart, which is set to £999.99 (this is only to deter users from completing an order without receiving a custom shipping price). On the final page of checkout you will see an Order ID (it may look similar to this: 09-06-1234). This means that your order details have been saved on our system, and your unique Order ID is your reference. We will then contact you via email with a custom shipping quote for your destination and instructions on how to make secure online payment for your order, should you wish to proceed with it.
