The Promotional Products Association Internal (PPAI) found in a survey that seven in ten American estate agents found giving corporate gifts "effective" or "extremely effective" in the real estate industry.

Corporate gifts can include engraved gifts such as picture frames, desk clocks, business card holders, pewter tankards, hip flasks, executive gifts and silver gifts.
