Dates announced for corporate gifts show

The dates for a national trade show for the executive gifts industry have been announced.

More than 100 suppliers of corporate gifts and executive gifts are set to attend the National Incentive Show in Birmingham's NEC from September 16th to 18th.

Exhibitors at the event will display everything from executive gifts to loyalty programmes to desk accessories and pewter tankards.

In 2007, the show attracted some 4,300 visitors who came to find new ways to motivate and reward their staff as well as how to spread their brand through the use of executive gifts.

Google marketing director Dan Cobley has been confirmed as key note speaker who will discuss how spreading a brand, through corporate gifts or other means, can help a company and run workshops offering online marketing tips.

According to a report by the Events Industry Alliance, attendance at trade shows in general is increasing, with a 1.7 per cent rise in visitors between 2005 and 2006.
