Executive gifts 'help a business stand out'

Giving executive gifts is one way to make a company stand out from its competitors and create new marketing opportunities, it has been claimed.

The Gourmet Gift Shop claims that sending corporate gifts can help differentiate a business and such items are "limited only by your creativity".

According to the group, when using executive gifts as a promotional tool it is important to be clear about the aims of the campaign before it is started so the strategy can be targeted and as successful as possible.

If giving a gift to one loyal client, it is important to reward the others as well, the Gourmet Gift Shop revealed.

The group suggested allowing time to see the results of the campaign and being patient when waiting for results.

Paul McDonald, writing on the Center from Marketing Small Business's blog, described corporate gifts as a "terrific" way to attract potential customers and suppliers.
