George Clooney's hip flask collection

A-list Hollywood actor George Clooney has his own collection of hip flasks, according to an article in the New Yorker.

Journalist from the paper, Ian Parker, visited the actor's home for an interview and was shown a line of flasks on a shelf facing the mantelpiece where his Oscar for 2006 film Syriana stood.

George Clooney is 46 and was born in May 1961 to a newsreader father and former state beauty queen mother.

Before becoming an actor, Clooney sold insurance door-to-door, drew caricatures in a mall and sold lemonade from a stall before eventually making it big with hospital drama ER, according to tiscali.co.uk.

He has gone on to star in a number of successful movies such as Ocean's Eleven, Good Night and Good Luck, The Perfect Storm, Three Kings and, most recently, Leatherheads.

Hip flasks can be personalised for use as engraved gifts or corporate gifts.
