Lucky engraved silver spoon for a lucky baby
A baby who survived a storm which destroyed his house and killed his mother has been given an engraved silver gift to represent his luck, according to the Guardian.
Kyson Stowell was found face down in a field surrounded by the remains of his house and after being treated for a collapsed lung, scrapes and gashes is now being heralded as an "inspiration" by the residents of his local church.
The year-old baby has been nicknamed Tumbleweed after a friend pointed out he had survived being tossed about by the wind.
Baby Tumbleweed is now being looked after by his grandmother Kay Stowell who says he reminds her of his mother Kerri.
"He loves music and he is friendly like she was," she said.
Well-wishers have sent a number of gifts including contributions towards Kyson's college fund and a baby food company sent a package including a spoon with Tumbleweed engraved on it.
Kyson's house was ripped apart in a tornado which hit his house in Chattanooga Tennessee last month.
