Prizes for primary logo designers

Primary school children who designed the winning logos in a competition to design the image for the Our World in Your Hands campaign have been awarded prizes.

The Advertiser, based in Buckingham, reports that St James and St John School in Akeley and Chackmore was given a magnetic pinboard map to celebrate the victory of Y5 Sally Gibbs.

Ms Gibbs told the newspaper she got the idea for the logo from the sunflowers she grows in her garden.

She explained: "It really inspired me to keep our world healthy like I keep my sunflowers healthy."

The logo will be displayed on the buckinghamtoday.co.uk web pages.

Logos can be printed on promotional products and corporate gifts to promote companies.

According to business gifts expert Lottie Carrot, giving corporate gifts is an environmentally-friendly way to promote your business because they are long-lasting and continue to promote a brand.
