Search on for executive gifts"stars"

The British Promotional Marketing Association is on the hunt for the "marketing stars of tomorrow".

Companies are being asked to nominate the top young members of their firms working in any sector of marketing - from corporate gifts to digital marketing and from executive gifts to motivation.

Nominees may come from agencies or work with clients and they should be able to show evidence of strategic thinking, innovation, commercial awareness and sales.

They must also be aged 29 or under and the deadline for entries to the 30 under 30 list is September 5th this year.

According to blogger Rajinder Rajinder Maur Mohali writing for ezineseeker.com, corporate gifts themselves make good prizes "from the boardroom to the frontlines to the client".

He added that this was because the executive gifts offered can provoke employees to enhance their performance.

The chance to gain corporate gifts and incentives can also help to attract and retain crafts, the blogger said.
