The Contract

Payment
Payment for goods and services provided by Uppermost shall be made in advance of dispatch of the finished products. Payment may be made by credit card - Visa or Mastercard - via telephone to our sales department or online via our secure payment facility from WorldPay. Please note also that your online credit/debit card details are never revealed to Uppermost. Your purchases are made via WorldPay, a world leader in secure online payments. Payment on WorldPay may be made in Pounds Sterling, US dollars or Euros. No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received in full. All goods shall remain the property of Uppermost until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery of products will be handled by the national carrier Swift and Uppermost makes no guarantee regarding arrival dates via standard delivery. A fixed price of £11.95 applies to standard delivery within mainland Great Britain. This charge is per order, regardless of quantity ordered. Shipping to Northern Ireland, north America, EU and Commonwealth countries is based on the order total. (View current shipping prices). Express delivery is handled by UPS and will be quoted for on an individual basis. The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Uppermost of any defect or shortage in the order within seven days of receipt.
Returns Policy
Uppermost operates a 'No Quibble' returns policy. We will refund or exchange any product bought via this Web site if it is returned - in a resaleable condition - within 28 days of purchase. The purchaser must bear the carriage costs of returning unwanted or unsuitable products. Cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition will be dealt with on a individual basis.
